Appointments are available in 30 minute time-slots. Please be sure you’re ready and available to answer your phone at your scheduled time. At the time of this appointment, your Benefits Counselor will contact you at the phone number you’ve provided. The incoming call will display from 847-554-0940 or Benefits Enrollment. Please save this number in your contacts so it’s recognizable when your Counselor calls for your scheduled appointment. At the 30-minute mark, your counselor will have to wrap up your session in order to be available for their next appointment.
As a reminder, if you have a spam feature on your phone to block toll-free numbers, please remove this feature before the date and time of your appointment to avoid delays.
Benefit Counselors are available over the phone virtually. These licensed professionals will fully explain your options, answer your questions, and help you complete your enrollment or complete it on your behalf with you on the phone.
During Annual Enrollment, appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 8PM EST and Saturday, 8 AM- 12 PM EST. Follow the steps listed here to schedule your appointment.
